A luxury hotel situated in Hertfordshire are looking for an experienced Relief Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade on an ongoing basis.
Set within beautiful grounds, this hotel is the perfect location for a weekend getaway, conferences & events.
With an elegant restaurant offering a fine dining experience, serving seasonal, fresh produce allowing guests to experience and taste the local delicacy. For guests who prefer a more relaxed meal, the bar provides simple snacks throughout the day.
With 30 beautifully designed en-suit bedrooms, guests can fully relax and enjoy their stay.
*Working approximately 45 hours per week over 5 days.
*Mixture of straight and split shifts.
